Equipark Sdn Bhd is benchmarked by two gleaming seven storey industrial buidings in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam. One was sold and delivered to Pacific  Bank Berhad (now part of the Maybank Group) as their Training and  Support Centre in 1998. The other was sold to a foreign investment  company.
